Actually, I am just beginning to ride bike, so i dont have much knowledge about it....I want to rise it up because when i bought the bike, it already been lowed. So i want it to rise back to normal high from the manufacturer.

^ what he said, if it's an adjustable link maybe you can do it yourself, but if not, order a stock link and just take it to a shop and have them install it for you.

...not to mention, if you're hitting bumps hard enough to bottom out, then you should be standing on your pegs and taking the weight off the rear of your bike...
