I've got a 2006 R6 and already had an integrated tail light from previous owner. A couple LEDs burnt out so I ordered another one off Ebay. Seems to have similar wires. 3x for the brake and then 2x for each turn signal.

But the one from EBAY came with these extra clips and what looks like two resistors I have no idea what this stuff is for... I've attached a photo.

Anyone in the know??

The connectors are scotch locks. Two kind of people use them: People that don't know any better, and morons. Don't use them. Ever.

The white pieces are resistors. Because the LED's draw much less current than the normal light bulbs that came stock, it can cause the blinkers to blink much quicker than normal. Those add in the "resistance" so they blink at a normal speed. Seeing how your bike has already has LED turn signals on the rear, assuming they were blinking normally before, you won't need the resistors.
