probably b/c you're running overpriced plates and an overhyped air filter. 
j/k... i say that b/c i sling my own plates are that ~60% the cost of the graves, and i also sell pipercross air filters which - based on tests - is the best filter on the market.
your problem is probably the map. someone was just having this problem - genPatton, or something like that - maybe get with him on what, if anything, he did to get it fixed.
