With all the gearing and and rim/tyre mods you can do that throw your speedo out I was thinking what you can do to fix the problem. I know there are the bicycle type speedos etc but what about a larger strong optical speedo. Similar to whats in a mouse. It'd have to be mounted on the bottom of your forks i think so it doesn't change height much. The red light could look cool too. Im sure you could make it somehow pluggable into your existing speedo by replicating whatever signal it already uses through the electronics.
