Just picked up some new levers. Whats the easiest way to change out the stock ones and tips on how to make the process faster?

Cut off the stock levers and JB weld on the new ones...it's how the pros do it. Using tools are for suckers.

I just did this a few months back, there's really nothing to it. Just pop out one screw per lever, and then replace.

The only thing that requires some fandangling is the clutch cable...when you pull that out (of the lever), make sure to have some pliers to get a grip on it with so that it doesn't get sucked back in towards the bike (it can be tough to pull back out).
