2002 r6, I recently swapped intake manifolds, adjusted the pilot screws to factory setting (2 turns out), and synced the carbs in order to take care of a vacuum leak which caused the idle to hang up. At this point I took it for a test ride after I got it all buttoned up and it lacks a lot of power compared to when I first got it. I did notice an exhaust leak at the head, would this cause it to lose a great amount of power? I didn't notice any power loss before I did all the previous stuff to the carbs, maybe I synced the carbs improperly? It's a pretty basic process so I don't see how but anyways anyone who has input let me know.

I don't know exactly where they were, dumb on my part. I just figured they would be perfect at factory but I will try adjusting them in a little bit, perhaps it's getting too much fuel or not enough causing it to lose power.
