I bought her today..... used 2004 Yamaha R6.... 1,700 miles.
Yes... 1,700. Owned by a lady who was too scared of it, and is
getting a 600 yamaha cruiser. Only mod is fender eliminator.
Can't wait to ride! I haven't ridden in 6 years (had a '91 FZR600)
but I live in a huge and quiet subdivision. SO DAMN CLEAN. Only
scuffs are on the tree where the keys rest.

Awesome day!

:D

thanks to all!
Yeah... I got lucky and found this girl-owned bike. She's in her mid 30's, wife
of a state trooper. She basically never liked it and wants a more tame cruiser. It's so new looking you'd think it's an 07/08 R6s

Her husband has R1. He's the one who persuaded her to buy the R6.

1689 miles to be exact. More to come shortly!

That is a awsome bike! Love the Red and Black. The first thing I would invest in is frame sliders. I am searching for a new used bike now and am amased how many have "minor' scratches from "knocking it over in the garage". None of these have sliders that would safe this. Plus make a difference at speed. Just my .02.

not too mention the cost of fairings that always crack when it falls. I remember when my '91 FZR600 fell over by Chicago wind - no joke. I was
running it (carbs...keep em clean) and the wind blew it over. I was there to shut it off as crank case cover cracked open and oil spilled everywhere. Had I been inside..... seized motor!
