as some of you may have seen my previous post i went down today and now need to get some replacement parts since the scratches are way too deep to just paint again... below are pics of my bike before it fell where i circled what i need to replace... if you can tell me what each part is called and where i can get them it would greatly appreciate it...

also the little foot lever that i shift with is bent although i can still shift easily but i wanna replace that too please lemme know where...

it would be great if you guys can tell me what each part is called.

btw i numbered what i circled 1 and 2 for easy reference so u dont have to say that circle up there or w/e lol

1 - Upper fairing, head fairing, top fairing, etc
2 - Mid fairing
The shifter is just the shifter. For parts that will look closest to stock I would watch ebay. They will be pre painted and have the stickers on it already. If you buy OEM its usually $200 per fairing. And sometimes needs to be painted....

Or if you dont want to buy off ebay you can go here:

I know the feeling... Im in the same boat. Put mine down thurs night on gravel. Actually looking for the mid fairing as well for the 04. I will let you know if I find it, but Im looking for a company that sells just the vynals because I am planning on painting mine then I want ot make it stock again. I am too much of a perfectionist....

i wish i didnt have to replace mine but my stock headlight/upper fairing is cracked near the corner of the lefthand headlight, headlight is cracked a bit too in the top corner on the left side... so i guess since its cracked... basically seperated no longer together lol i have to replace but i would always prefer stock although i heard aftermarket doesnt crack or scratch as easy...

If you end up getting paint matched use bodyfiller and epoxy to fix it. Epoxy to stiffen and hold it together, and body filler to make it smooth/ re-shaped... Id suggest OEM parts though its easier....
