you need a spring compressor and damper fork tool, also seal drivers. compress spring, insert fork, unscrew cap and remove internals. also, have you unscrewed the drain plug? thinks its an 8mm allen head. that holds the damper rod to the bottom of the fork btw. when you remove all the internals, remove the dust cap, there should be a retainer spring, remove that. then you just extend the forks all the way (in and out) until the sleeve separates from the outer sleeve with the oil seal and bushing still attached to the inner sleeve.

take all that apart, clean, reassemble with new seal and dust cap, fill to correct level, cap, then put fork back in triples. afterwards set your sag, dampening, then compression and off you go! hope that helps.

^that is it in a nutshell, if you need more info, i suggest getting a manual for your bike. can be found here:

eventhough you have upside down forks they function and have the same parts. i just did a buddies the other day. you have to have the compression tool and fork tool to get the dampening rod loose to get the seal out, then when replacing you need the seal drivers or pvc pipe. i recommend the drivers cause pvc can break and sometimes you get uneven depths on the seal <- if that makes sense. in either case, get a service manual, should be simple to follow.
