Just would like some input from you guys. My 05 that I bought had a scorpion slip on already on it, but I am not too much of a fan of huge exhausts. I would really like to just change to the shorty 06+ r6 exhausts.

I know that a bunch of people have done it. However I am not sure if it will affect the way the bike rides, since its going from one aftermarket exhaust to essentially another. Anyone gone from a scorpion to the 06+ stock one?

Yeah I do like the short type exhaust, however I heard that you should get the bike tuned if you swap to a shorty whereas the scorpion slip on I have is pretty much like stock.

I wouldn't mind doing that at all, I just don't have the cash right now to buy a powerjet.
