Hey everybody... I am a new member to this forum and reading up on a lot of information. I am looking to be a new R6 owner soon. I am a first time bike owner and have decided on the R6 to be the first bike.
I am learning so much already but have a ton of questions. Where is the DIY forum? What are some tell tale signs to look for when buying my first bike? A couple of things I do know, I don't want a salvaged bike and definitely want a clean title.
I am looking to pay under $4,000 so it looks like an older bike it is, but I'm fine with that. I found this one recently and would like your guys' honest opinion.

Not sure if that link works but it's a 2001 blue R6 with 19k miles for $3,300
"....in good condition , 19k miles , flush mount turn signals , d&d slip on pipe , under tail, passenger seat cowl , good tires brakes chain sprockets , new windscreen (dark smoke ), no mechanical issues , just cosmetic , i can email you pics ,California lien-sale title in hand ,................... I'm firm on the price****..........."
