Hey guys, I'm new here from Va, Richmond to be exact. Due to some strange circumstances I've acquired a "mildly" dropped 2004 R6, which is now a project. And before anyone asks, the price was right, and it came from a trustworthy person, i.e. a good friends sibling. However, I'm fairly new to the motorcycle scene so be easy on me.

My plans for the time being are to get the important parts back on it, which you'll see in the picture, such as head light gauges, seat, etc and get it safe to ride again. It's going to be a several month long project, perhaps a little longer depending on funds. I really don't care about fairings currently, perhaps in the future. Right now just riding condition and safe.

I've been told by a buddy and forum member that this is the place to come to learn, and I've been stalking the forum for a little bit now.

So here she is, in all her beauty, and mild ugliness.
