hi everyone. i joined a couple weeks ago and found some very good information on the fourm. i resently purchesed a low milage 2003 R6 that while riding found that at 10,000 rpms it wound die out. searching through the fourm found that there was a recall on the coils, called the local yamaha shop and the service department confirmed the problem and th bike goes in this wednesday and i can finally start riding again as the problem has gotten worse, and engine started missing baddly, and i was forced to park the bike.

thanks, got the bike back tonight and omg what a different bike power all the way to red line. had to take it easy with the new michelin pilot power 2ct's on now too.
