My first bike was an 02' and I had nos on it. I used the sneaky Pete kit from summit racing 10 oz bottle I think and made my own mounts for the bottle.
I jetted the carbs, had a k&n filter, and a micron high mount slip on on the bike. I used the kit as a fogger setup and drilled a hole in the air box under the air filter and just above the stacks. The nozzle sprayed in a fan pattern over the four carbs.
I did this for drag strip fun only, and never used it on the streets. My personal best ET on that bike without spraying was 11.1. Spraying I got it to 10.7. I thought that was pretty good. The biggest jet with the kit was supposed to be good for 1/10 on average car and I got 4/10's. I think I got two runs out of that little bottle. I still have the bottle setup on a shelf in my shed.
really? You could pedal a bike down the 1/8th in 11 seconds...lol.
Id guess since the bike/rider probably weigh less than 600lbs (vs 3500 for a car), the sneaky pete setup was good for close to a 1/2 second et on the bike. :lmao
