I have seen this part that is right behind the front flashers...it looks like big foot pegs...but i know thats not what they are. Prob. a dumb question but just figured i would ask.

ya i just googled frame sliders and that is that part im talkin about... so they pretty much just help reduce damage with a laydown. I just kept seeing them in pictures. What are your opinions about them. Looks like there are a few different places you can put them as well. Thanks for the help.

ok well that will be one of my first mods to the bike then... any opinions about which are better then others... strength wise i guess?

Those flush mount turn singles you have on there look good... that will prob be a mod i do pretty soon as well...the stock ones look ridiculous

I have heard mixed things about frame sliders. I used to run them all the time on everything, especially my stunt bike, but I recently started going to the track and nearly all the faster riders say not to get frame sliders because in the event that you do go down, they can catch in the ground and flip your bike into the air. They tell me its better to go lowside and stay lowside, that way you fix bodywork on one side, replace a rearset, a clip on, and a case cover and your set. For street riding though, get some. They will save you on the gas station drop, the "douchebag who doesnt know you but decides to sit on your bike and drop if for your" drop, and nearly all situations similar to that.

anyone have the Powers Stuntworx Race Rails?
