thats a good *ss deal. do you like these tires? just wondering if i should order them and let them sit till i need new ones. I like pilot powers and qualifiers, just wondering how they compare.
I have used the Diablos on my Bandit 600. They aren't quite at the same level as the Pilot Powers or Qualifiers in terms of absolute grip, but they really aren't that far off. For street duty they have more than enough grip. They can even handle a trackday unless you're breaking lap records all day long.

I'll know how well they work on a 2008 R6S in about a week or so when I get my front wheel back from getting it straightened. I bought a set from Cycle Gear last year, but my GSXR got stolen before I got them mounted...

I haven't personally used the wheels, so i couldn't really say. I just saw a good deal and wanted to pass it along to other members.
anyone know how much it generally cost to get the tires mounted and stuff??
I have them on my 01, love them. Almost on par with Pilot Powers, unless you are a racer you probably wont notice a difference
So these are the ones I would need to get right 120/70-17 + 180/55-17 $169.98
I have the 07 R6

I paid $38 to have mine mounted and balanced at a local shop.
had these tires on my 99 r6, loved them. They feel a little tall at first but are amazing in turns... getting ready to order a set for my 05.
I'm definitely gonna look into this... thanks for the heads up, r6 rider! :toocool:
I almost bought a set of these, but when i went to check out they didnt turn out to be a good as deal as I hoped...I added the 190/120 combo to my cart and by the time I calculated handling and tax they were $215. Which is not much cheaper than PP or M3's, but still a decent deal.

Only reason I didnt go ahead an order them is just got a set of brand new PP's for $225 Shipped of ebay :)

That's odd. I bought a set from Cycle Gear last year and they came out to $179 after shipping, handling, etc.
