I just bought a 2001 R6 CLE I accidentally tried to jumpstart it and I put the cables on the opposite terminals (red-black & black-red) now i have absolutely no electric power. What should i look for to get it back and running? would really appreciate it

Main fuse. Should be under the seat by the battery. Should be a 30 amp fuse.

Hopefully that is all...

The service manual for your bike says 30 amp. I can't say for sure because: 1. I don't have a 1st generation model, and 2. In 11 years of owning my R6, I've never had reason to look at my main fuse ;)

It will be a regular car fuse but smaller. Also check the two fuses on the starter relay.

I opened it up and so far I found the starter relay fuse burned out now I'm just waiting on the battery to arrive and test it
