This has happend a few times latley when i have went to start the bike, i took it out of the garage the other day and when i went to fire it up it was strugling to start then the engine was just about taking over but even when i turned the throttle it would not take over properly or even rev up this lasted for about 3 to 4 days before it cleared itsself, any ideas on what this could be.

im guessing you have a 99-02 style R6 with carbs on it, so i might guess that your carbs need to be synched. but i could be wrong

yes 2001 hav'nt had it that long and dont know much about the mechanical side of things any help on how to fix this problem much appreciated.

it could be the carbs are out of synch, to get it fixed i would suggest takin it to a competent moto mechanic that can do this. its not a easy thing to do unless you know what you are doing :cheers
