Why do you need a frame with a title if you are going to put it on the track? If you still use your bike for street riding and want a clean title, you will have to fork over some serious money. If you just plan on keeping the R6 for a while, then just get a salvage title frame.
so you have no preference for 14 years of 5 variations of a motorcycle, no specific price point, but it needs to be a Yamaha? And you really can't find even a salvage frame? Doesn't sound like you're trying too hard.
Take it from someone who just turned this below into a track bike, Just go buy a track bike in one piece. It will be easier and cheaper in the long run even if you have to change some things up. And you get to ride it in the mean time.
I started with this for $1700. Clean title, bent wheels/forks, no ecu, bad lower triple, everything else that is actually there is stock. Even if I got this all for free, I'd probably still be ahead if I had bought a track bike in one piece.
