R6 Tickover and Crash bungs.

Hi People.

Just a quick question what rpm should a r6 2001 carb model tick over at????????

Also it has some r an g crash protecters through the frame that are huge and I catch my boots on them anyone else got these???????????

I assume you mean idle RPM. 1250~1350 RPM

As for the crash cage, I can't help ya'.

Thanks 8ball thats exactly what i ment , surely you guys had heard idle speed being called tick over, thanks anyway will need to adjust myine up a bit then as its at about 800rpm and cuts out sometimes at lights.

If your crash bars are far enough out to rest your boots on them you need to get different ones. If they're too far out they'll actually do more damage to the frame if you drop it.
