does the black/blue ignition switch wires not being plugged in be the problem?

what is that wire for anyway? I know the brown/red one plugs in but what is the blue/black main purpose?That would be at least part of your problem, if not your whole issue
The blue/black wire goes from the ignition switch to the ECU. I assume it tells the ECU the switch is on and to fire the coils and injectors.
