This is my first post here, thought I would start off with my first mod to my newly acquired '99 R6. Nothing major, just mounting the RAM GPS Mount for my Garmin 60CSx.
Here's the bike:
The rubber in the kit was too small so I decided to just cut a hole in the top center of the yoke nut, put a washer and lock washer on the back side, and I cut down the actual mount so it wasn't so tall. Ordinarily this would be done with a yoke nut without the cap, but I had to MacGuyver it since the rubber inserts in the kit were too small. Here it is:
It's really nice for loading tracks for rides in places I have never been, easy to follow and does store some cool data on road trips.
