Ok So I have made a few paint mods to make my bike different from the rest. I have an 04 R6 with 10000K HID's, Flushmounts front and rear, and so far thats it. Here is the Front fender and windscreen I painted so far

Now I am trying to paint the rear hugger with the same type of design. I have painted it 4 times with the same general outcome. The paint peals off like a vinyl sheet. I sanded it, cleaned it etc. Still the same outcome. Any suggestions?
