Returning an item to tobefast.com

So I bought a flasher relay from www.tobefast.com because I initially ordered one from kneedraggers.com with store credit but was told it was on backorder. However, the person from kneedraggers told me they found one and will ship it to me. So I asked for a return number for my order at tobefast.com and they want to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee. What a bunch of dick-heads. It was only $28 total, but still... After the shipping fee & the restocking fee, it's almost not worth it.

So, anybody need a flasher relay? I'll sell it for cheaper than I bought it.
