i have a 00 r6 with about 14k miles. from a cold start with the choke it sounds like it misses. it sounds like a vtwin or something and blows a little white smoke if you rev it. once it warms up its better but still seems like its running a little fat. it pops a little bit at low rpms as well. i have a stage 3 jet kit and i was wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Sounds like it might be running a bit rich. Also might have some water or junk in the carbs.
