First of all,

Big Thanks to Motomummy Corey and team on the exhaust and the pciii.

Installed:
K&N Filter
New spark plugs
Akrapovic Full Exhaust (Evo) Full Titanium
PCIII - Using the map from the PC website

Everything looks fine, but running quite rich.
Back fires most of the time whenever I let the gas off in second gear (high rpm)

I don't think there is a "good" tuner in town (in Hong Kong), so not confident to get it tuned by anybody...

Any solution/suggestions guys?

smog block off plates and play around with different maps that's what i did and my bike is running so much better

How hard is it to tune such a bike with a power commandar??

i can find a place that can get me to a dyno with air/fuel ratio showing...
how hard would it be to tune it with the PCIII?

also, what's the risk of actually losing more power?? or running lean??

there are some custom maps that are downloadable right off power comanders website, you could grab those and play with them a little bit. also there is a ton of gurus on here that can help lean out the a/f ratio. throw up some of your numbers/maps on here or in another post and see if you cant get some help.
