Has anyone tried running scavenge lines from the valve cover to the exhaust header? I see there are smoke block off plates for the valve cover. You can gain hp by pulling vacuum from the engine via the exhaust system. This is for a R6 2006.

someone did this to his 03 on www.R6central.com
look in the how to section.

if anyone want's to know, yes, the tubes that attach to the valve covers pull air through them. it's a pretty strong vacuum. it goes to the exhaust side of the head to scavenge some of the hydrocarbons to help clean up the emissions. but you can block them off completely to remove them(but this doesn't give you any HP increase or any other advantages)

but if you hook up your crankcase breather hose to them, it will pull air from the crankcase and in theory, free up some HP.
