hey guys, so I am located in Washington, DC and I have to take my bike home for the summer so I can get travel from my job to my house. I've been looking up shipping companies and Uship.com for all sorts of deals, but the lowest I can find is 650 to ship it to Los Angeles, CA. I had it shipped last year for 400 and was wondering if anybody could help me out in this department?? I need it shipped, but i dont have a lot of money... does anyone know what I should do?? HELP!

hmm...i dont know man. but i would ride it before i let some shipper get a hold of my bike...do you have a car? or did you plan on shipping the bike and flying down there. because i would just end up towing it will my car

I am flying down there... it costs over 1000 to rent a trunk and go across country... flying is only 99bucks wit virgin america... so it makes sense to ship it... but it's still so much money... do you guys have any friends who ship or somethin?

You know man..you might be able to find a forum member who could do it for you. even if you had to ride partways...you could figure something out
