Is anyone using Motul v300 10w 40 in their R6? I own a 2012 and just want to make sure that weight is good which I dont see a problem just curious if anyone else uses it. A yes or no is good enough for me

Do you need it? No

Can you run it? Yes

Unless you scream all the time, it could be argued that you are wasting your money. I use it on the track, but its still prob overkill for me.

I generally don't scream while riding at the track. Nobody hears you anyways.

Though those that do tend to give you a little extra latitude when riding around you because you're nucking futs.
