Hey guys,

When I start my engine, especially when it is cold, i find that I have to press the starter and rev up a bit (even with the choke on). My question is, do you guys also give a bit of gas when starting or just use the start button?

With my old gsxr (it was carb'd) I would have to give it a little gas when I started it on cold days, hell on really cold days it would even take a few minutes to start haha. It was kinda weird though since I never had to use the choke, but it was a race bike so who knows. Hope that helps.

dont be alarmed about it, its completely normal on a carb'd bike. clean the carb up a lil if its been a while and it might start a bit easier
