I understand that the 2006-7 R6 is sensitive to sag settings. Are there any recommendations out there for where in the range you would want to go?

Little help? Suggestions?

30 rear and 38 front is a good baseline.

With your weight tho, you're gonna be heavy for the forks but ok for the shock. So what you'll need to do is try to set the sag on the front first. See where you can get it to, and then set the rear sag to be within a 6-8mm spread from the front.

So let's say you can hit 42 mm front sag with preload cranked in most of the way to full hard, then set the rear sag to come into range at 34-36mm.

You pickin up what I'm puttin down?
