Just wondering if anyone has some nice of their stomp grips .. I'm looking for both black and clear .. Just want to get an idea of what would look the best on my Candy Red .. Also is there really any big advantages of having these .. Thanks

stomp grips are ok

they have a tendency to melt and fall off in hot temperatures. they also have the tendency to wear/rip/tear your leather's under long periods of use.

get
tech spec's

http://www.techspec-usa.com/

they don't do either of those.
Interesting .. Has anyone else had this problem with their stomp grips ... The tech spec's do look sweet, but they don't have a clear which is where I'm leaning I think

well, they are only 50 bucks, so if their glue melts, just buy another set.

i don't have personal expereince, but i've heard this from multiple racers and track day go-er's.

I just got a set for my bike, haven't had a chance to try them out yet... but I KNOW they're gonna make a big difference. I was slippin' and sliding my legs on the tank... From what I hear, they cut down on fatigue a LOT, and make a big difference in the long run.

I'd get the clear... if you've got an '06-'08 R6, the clear comes with the black bottom piece that goes on the dark plastic fairing, which makes it look better.

Yea man I'm leaning toward the clear ones, so let me know ...... That's a good point about just buying new ones ... Thanks for all the input
