1. MAKE SURE TIRE IS WARM/HOT (if not you will slide)
2. Grab front brake hard then immediatly let off
3. after letting off grab and squeeze the front brake, just like a wheelie you control the endo by the amount of pressure to the brakes
practice at 15mph just grab it hard you might come up 1.5 ft.
do that untill it feels good then start 20mph ones
After 25 mph you will have to control the lever instead of just grabbing it all at once.
