Guess it depends how hardcore you wanna be.

What does your baby mean to you, how much time do you have?
I only stabilized mine.. Oil (and not filter) change... took the battery out (on battery tender) , put an old felt boot under the front wheel and have a rear stand. Stuffed intake up, stuffed and covered rear exhaust and gave it a bit of wax before the last ride.

You can go into cleaning the plugs, taking them out, etc. I personally didn't do it, because I had just broken in my bike and its only at around 1300 miles (got her in October practically)

As for coolant.. unless you're in massively freezing temps, (up here in Canuckistan, or storing your bike out of doors) I wouldn't worry. I topped mine off and just kept a good eye on it before storage.

Recomend putting it on a race stand or making sure the tires aren't left on cement (I put wood under both my tires).
They will go soft from condensation (at least that's what I've been told).

also letting the bike sit on the tires for a long period creates flat spots.
