[mountain box]

Hi there just recieved a crack on my 01 r6 sump plate just where the drain plug is could anyone tell me if it is possible to do a weld on this as it would only be tempory until i got the money to buy a new one. Thanks.

i dont think so. if its at the area with the threads, i wouldnt even try. i wouldnt want to risk an oil leak. the oil would mainly go for your rear tire. not to safe. i would just hang the bike up until you get the part.
