Anyone know if these plastic plates on the swingarm are removeable? If so, How?

I'm going to be painting some scratches on the swingarm and want these out of the way. Thanks!

i`ve never taken those off but im thinking they are just glued on there. and if you brake them you can just get them at your dealer for cheap, or even put some carbon fiber ones on there instead of those.
