What do you racers use for your leg pads. I saw the stomp pads but they look solid and not soft. I have seen on a lot of race bikes what looks to be like a foam pad. Anyway I need something to grip with my legs because I am having trouble gripping the tank and basically I am leaning on my hands too much.

TIA Thomas

Do you like stomp grip? Could it be better or is it pretty good at acompleshing the task of adding grip for your legs.

They do a fine job.
I noticed the difference when riding another bike without them on.

Helps me most in the braking area, using my legs to grip the tank.

I use tank grip pads from tech spec. I have the "snake skin" type. They are very good, and the adhesive used is great as well... If need be, you can remove the grip pads, move them from on spot to another, and the adhesive will be just as strong as the first time you applied them. (as long as you don't get any dirt on them)

I love these pads, I've had them for about 2 years with absolutely NO problems.
