Has anyone heard of these, or have one?

I've never heard of them. Most all brands have a carbon fiber look though. I've had bad experiences (sticking problems) with everything but ProGrip.

I bought a motrax one yesterday. woot 9 dollars instead of 20 just because it isn't carbon fiber.
I've heard of those things. It seems like a thurough idea. However, some people just use a traction pad that'll do the same thing.

I have one, it works ok, does its job. The only problem with them that I have heard is they will eventually slowly peel up and you have to replace them.

10 bucks on ebay.

I found my Progrip on eBay for $6 delivered. Same one sells for $25 at cycle gear. Annoying.

I have one just like that which I have used for a year and it is delaminating at the top. Thats characteristic for real carbon fiber tank guards. It looks sweet though. I wouldnt buy anything from kneedraggers by the way.
