looked up the fairings/cowlings/blabalbal part #'s a la yamaha online parts catalog. called dealership for $$$. pissed pants. hung up.

front fairing that houses the headlights
300-400
left mid-fairing
252
headlight assembly
490

thats not all the parts i wanna replace but those are the ones that need the most attention. i've tried eBay but it's hard to find red 04's. i found the front fairing tho on eBay for 278 -definately cheaper. anybody have ne suggestions before i commit to dealership prices?

i like dealership parts b/c they're prepainted & holes predrilled. unless it's significantly cheaper to buy unpainted parts and then paint them, dealership is who i plan on dealing with.

BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

i need a drink :drink

I have also personally dealt with www.MrCycles.com and it was a wonderful experience. Got my parts pretty fast, and they were in great shape when I got them and they were OEM Yamaha Genuine accessories.

My front cowling that holds blinker = $157
Tail Cowling = $160'ish

And I also ordered a clip-on, bar-end, and clutch lever among nuts and bolts for those fairings. It was a great deal. Got all that crap for like 454 overall. And then a week later I ordered a front wheel from them for 325 (including shipping).

This website had brand new perfect match plastics for my wifes GSXR 600 that were super cheaper than buying them from the dealer. They are Stock matched so the new plastic will match exactly decals and all. All you have to do is go to the website and click on OEM Quotes. Then you will have to e-mail them a request of what you need and they will get back to you. I ended up getting lucky and finding the part I needed on ebay but this was the company that was next on my list.

Just wondering if anyone has ordered the fairings from mrcycles.com. If you have just wanted to know if the paint matched and if you have to order the graphics seperately.
