Anybody have to repair these inserts? I've got a couple that are loose. One that secures the upper fairing, and one that secures the radiator. They don't pop out of the frame, but they will spin. I'm trying to figure out the best way to repair them.

Yes, I had to do it for the radiator mount. You need a Rivet Nut Tool which I purchased here - http://www.rivetnuttool.com/

It's made for new rivet nuts but will work on loose ones as well.

Very easy to do but one of those situations where nothing else will solve the problem unless you have the right tool.

Here's a gif of how it works -

Well I guess you learn something new every day.

FYI, there are bunch of different tools and ways to install a rivnut. You can even use a bolt and a nut and a couple washers. Just thread the bolt through a nut and a couple washers and then the rivnut. Tighten the regular nut to pull on the bolt and it will set the rivnut.
