Ermm... Suspension settings have nothing to do with settings on the steering damper.

Having said that tho, the Ohlins recommended setting is 10clicks from hardest, and softest setting for road.

Personally, I would use 8clicks from hardest for road, and possibly 4 clicks from hardest for track.

Hardest is best, but you have to compromise that with the ability to turn the bike. Best to experiment with different settings to see which you like best. It should be tight, but not so much that it feels like too much effort to turn in.
