as long as the one stamped on the frame isn't tampered with it shouldn't be a problem

so the previous owner took the decal off, where can i get a replacement one?
or do i need to go to a print ship to have one made?
and no its not the vin number thats stamped, but rather the decal thats also on the frame if some are confused...
