seems like the bike has been dropped. anything more than 6.5K would be waay too much..

Is this a dealer only auction or a public?

I have my dealer's license and was looking for a used bike via auction before I bought my new one. I found that most at either auction the bikes where going to high (it's summer and they are easy to sell and/or someone is buying for themselves). The last one I looked at was similar to the one you showed (mile and condition wise) sold for $7,200!

Best advise I can give you, is come up with a number you are comfortable spending and don't go above it. Most auctions have buyer fees so find those out and add it to your total cost. Just don't get caught up in the bidding!

i didnt buy it... i bought an 07 r6 in better shape with less miles for 6700. it was exactly what i was looking for. right color too... and it was a dealers only auction.
