Insurance aka just in case shit... is definitely a main concern with a bike so I just want to see what companies people are going with and how much people are paying for it and getting out of it. If you can, please post a link to the insurance companies site too. And as always :cheers

My family has been with State Farm Ins. for over 30 years one way or the other.

I do my insurance through my faja's name so its hella cheap!
and by hella i mean 19 bucks a month.

this probably helps you none, but i'd say check with state farm

$19 a month...damn thats insane. I've had progressive for 4 years now ( I had a 99' R6 when i was 19, now i have a 03' R6 at 24.) I pay $1050 a year for full coverage in Florida. I checked State Farm and it would be $1200 a year. I have no tickets (knock on wood...) except for a no helmet violation when i lived in Ohio. But then i did total my 99' R6. They said when i turn 25 next April it will be around $30 bucks or so. Hope this helps. I know Florida is higher because of theft and we can ride 11 1/2 months a year.

you bugger you. 7 1/2 here in Denmark. But we are lucky cuz we only have to pay 180% in tax when byeing the bike. So a '04 is about 25000$. And my insurance should only about 2000$ a year, but Ive conections so I only pay about 1000$ (32 years old, and my last accedent is about 5 years ago).
