I noticed I had a wire that was disconnected while trying to find out why my oil light kept coming on...even though my oil was full.. Well I soon realized that it was the wire for my oil sensor. I see the wire goes up, and it looks like it goes under the gas tank somewhere...or maybe it goes under the seat. I looked for a loose wire end that it would fit into but I see nothing. Can anyone tell me exactly where that wire plugs into cause seeing this red, oil light warning on all the time just freaks me out...even though I know the oil is full.

but i would bring back to the dealer and have them put it back.
it sould be easy and no charge

I didn't buy the bike from a dealer..I bought it from a friend of a friend.

id still take it to a dealer, cause theres no tellin where that wire is at now

Thanks..I will try and make something of it as soon as I get home I printed all the diagrams out and I will go home and stare at the bike for a while and just hope it jumps out at me...how is that for optimism. LOL
