One single 08 Silver R6 on this forum and on the road? is it SE or is it that nobody likes them?

I've seen a few on the forum. They aren't special edition. The blue one and the yellow w/ flames seem to be the most popular. The silver is sexy too though. They are 08s, you will see more and more as time goes by.

I have a blue. I would have gotten the silver if they would have came with black rims instead of bronze. Also the plastic piece in front of the tank doesn't look as nice as the yellow and blue, it's dull in color. Beside that the silver is a nice color.

Ive only seen like a couple silver 08' R6s at the dealerships (didnt like the rims)

They always carry lots of blue, and the flat black R6's which seemto be the best sellers

i dont like them personally. they look a little cheap. as far as the tail goes anyway. front looks nice though.

If I'd bought the 08, I'd have gotten the silver. It's a great color. (I prefer my candy red though!)

I love my silver 08, It just has a different look than the others. I got to choose from all four color schemes and chose the silver. I knew that not to many people would get it. Check it out!! Dont stare to long though you might end up with one.

Yeah both top and bottom decals are one piece.

Thats why I got the silver!!!!!! Everyone has the other colors. And if you see the rims in light right in front of you they actually look really good. The flat color they used really sealed the deal for me. Even caught a few DUC riders lookin at it in the parking lot this weekend at california speedway for the AMA.

hey all! newb here. I got the Black myself, something about the silver i jus didnt like... love the black. my last two bikes,;02 f4i, 03 rr, were both silver.
jus didnt look as good on the r6.

i picked up the black one about 2 months ago, if it wearnt for the plastic part on the tank standing out so much i would have picked it up. all good though to those that have it its a sweet looking bike, just paint the plastic.
