"newly adjusted throttle bodies".. as in, the problem sprung up after you messed with the screws ?
If it's been sitting a long time (noticed your in Chi-town) i would 2nd the bad gas suggestion. Doubt it's a fuel pump, as it won't run well at all, and won't rev if it's even a few PSI below spec (47psi).

pinched fuel line from lifting the tank?

I think maybe it's the fuel pump. When you turn the key to "on", then turn the kill switch to "on", do you hear the pump priming?

If yes, does it sound weak? (maybe post a video clip of the fuel pump priming and someone can compare to their bike).

When was the last time it ran fine? What have you changed/adjusted/modded since then?
I know you mentioned plugs, throttle bodies and oil. Did it ever run fine before/after these changes?
