Are those screws a standard size/pitch? One snapped off the last time I took the windscreen off...didn't realize they made them out of plastic. Does Home Depot or Lowes carry a screw that would work? I'd rather just replace them with metal screws.

Same thing happened to me. I brought one of the OEM plastic screws into my local hardware store and replaced them all with an allen black metal screw. Five minutes of trial and error and $2.34.

I've stripped the hell out of these along with every other bolt/screw on my bike.

they are metric ... but you can get them at your local hardware store/home depot that crap.. just bring one of the other ones from your windshield.. I had the same problem.. and for the life of me I cant remember what thread they are man sorry... but, I replaced them with metal ones.. good to go
