Does anyone know if the kit ecu offers a launch control and pit limiter for the 08+?

Pit lane yes. Launch I don't know.

no launch control, yes to pit lane. Ya may need the kit harness too though not just the ecu. You can do a lot with just sub harnesses (spliced into stock wire harness) but not sure about pit limiter.
