So my 2008 R6 is having problems activating my turn signal when pushing the little lever.
I took apart the left handle cluster, unscrewed the lever down to where I could see the white plastic with the little metal balls/bearings on it and cleaned it, all of a sudden it starts working like it's brand new and correctly.
Next day it doesn't work again unless I hold it left or right for about 15-20 seconds, and then it will activate until I let go, and it stops.
Cleaning fixed it the first day, but maybe the contacts are just worn out, and I've looked on a few different sites that you can order OEM parts for, but I cannot seem to find a detailed breakdown of that left handlebar cluster to order JUST the plastic piece that causes the signals to activate.
I'm hoping I can just order that one piece and NOT have to order the entire cluster.
Any help would be appreciated!
